Why Just Mixer 5 Bluetooth input come through very quiet? |
If the Bluetooth volume is low, please increase the volume on the connected Bluetooth device to 100%. This ensures minimum noise. |
Why Just Mixer 5 line inputs all distort ? |
The distortion is caused by the channel vol/gain fader being too high. Please either keep the fader low, or reduce the volume on the device connected to the channel input. If this causes overall output to be too low, please switch to the headphone output. (The main output is intended to supply roughly line level, which may not be sufficient for non-recording purposes.) |
Just Mixer 5 master fader doen not work |
The master fader does not affect the volume of the RCA recording outputs. This is probably the issue you are facing. The master fader is intended to control the volume of the master out as well as the USB audio out. |
Just Mixer 5 has boomy sound (saturation) |
You can turn down the gain by lowering the channel volume. Volume control should be done using the master volume and the volume on the speakers or other device you are plugging the Just Mixer 5 into. Don't use the channel faders to turn up the volume—channel volume is just to control the balance of volumes between different channels. If you hear gain, it means the channel volume is too high. |
